Gonorrhea is a Sexually Transmitted Disease or STD. A sexually transmitted disease is an illness that has a considerable probability of spread or transmission between human beings or animals by means of sexual contact, including vaginal or anal intercourse, oral sex and alike.
Gonorrhea is a pus-discharging swelling of the urine passing canal known as the urethra, which passing through the complete length of the organ that carries both the seminal fluid and the urine. Gonorrhea is caused by a venereal bacillus, naming the gonococcus. Gonorrhea is a treatable sexually transmitted disease. Gonorrhea is most common in young adults.
Under positive conditions and with precise treatment, gonorrhea may be healed, although may be sadistically painful, in a single dose to 14 days. Often the swelling extends, becomes persistent and attacks other organs of human body. This chronic gonorrhea often causes infertility in both men and women.
